Metro State Aviation Alum receives Air Force award

Major Casey Dodds, an assistant operations officer with the 2nd Airlift Squadron, received the Chief of the Defense Staff Commendation from the Canadian Forces.

The award, which recognizes deeds or activities outside the normal call of duty, is sometimes given to a member of an armed force from another country who has performed meritorious services that benefit Canada.
