MSN Money reported on 12/14/09 that: "Half of all students who graduated last year from a Colorado college or university owe money on student loans, and their debt burden averages $18,321."
Furthermore, "Colorado’s average student debt is lower than the national average of $23,200, the annual report says. The national figure is up from $18,650 in 2004."
